Precautions for Welding of Explosion proof Control Box Shell

The explosion-proof steel plate of the explosion-proof control box must be welded by electric welding. As this product is suitable for hazardous areas, its explosion-proof performance is very important. Therefore, when welding the explosion-proof control box shell with thick steel plate, the following regulations should be noted:

1. The operators must wear undamaged rubber gloves and stand on an insulated wooden platform for actual operation. The explosion-proof control box of the secondary welding machine should be turned off during use or after the power switch is turned on, and it is strictly prohibited to turn it on at will.

2. It is strictly prohibited to use wet gloves or wet hands to close the switch again. When closing the switch, it should be placed on the side of the switch box. After closing the switch, the switch box should be closed. The secondary welding machine cannot be started first and then reclosed, nor can welding be performed on the secondary welding machine.

3. Explosion proof control boxes should have anti fouling and waterproof characteristics, and it is strictly prohibited to accumulate dirt at the edge of the box. The ground of the secondary welding machine and explosion-proof control box shall not leak water.

4. Goggles must be worn in practical operation.

5. It is prohibited to place flammable and explosive materials around the work area.

6. Hold the steel parts firmly. Steel parts should be stacked neatly, not too high, and a safe passage should be left.
